Charcuterie Workshop Instructor
Host of Bite by Bite & Co.'s Public and Private Charcuterie Workshops.
1-3 Workshops Monthly
3-4 hours per workshops (includes set up and break down)
*Fluent in Spanish a plus
Charcutier
Create beautiful charcuterie platters and cups, purchase groceries for our kitchen, deliveries, and assist Charcutier Manager in maintaining a smooth running operation.
Part Time Contract Role
15 - 20 hours
Prep Associate
Maintains prep for all charcuterie products and workshops. Assists Manager and Charcutier with kitchen duties. Assists with deliveries and inventory shopping as needed.
Part Time Contract Role
20 hours
Charcuterie Manager
Oversee and manage the daily operations of our charcuterie kitchen.
Receive incoming orders and clearly communicate to the team and delivery service
Full Time Contract Role
40 hours occasional weeekends
Delivery Driver
Responsible for the delivery and photographing/filming of charcuterie products. Must be able to transport a 5 ft board (most standard sedans with split folding rear seat can accommodate!)
