Food Allergies



Our kitchen is not an allergy-free operation. Although, we work hard to keep all food
items separated and we do caution the potential risk that items you may be allergic to are with
daily contact in our kitchen.


Cancelation Policy: Upon booking, the payer acknowledges and agrees that 50% of the total on
this invoice is a non-refundable deposit. In order to receive a 50% refund in the form of original
payment or a full credit to use at a later time, cancellation must be requested, in writing, to more than seven (7) days before the scheduled delivery/pick up date.
If canceling within 7 days of your date and up to 2 days prior, we can only issue a full credit. If
canceling within 48 hours of your booked date, no refunds or credits will be issued.

No refunds or returns after the product has left the premises or has been
dropped off to the recipient/payer.


On the day of sale we guarantee the freshness of the food. Charcuterie requires immediate refrigeration if not it is not consumed immediately. The quality of the food is best when served and consumed on the first day of purchase.

Due to the detailed customization process to prepare an order, we don't offer refunds. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order and/or you discover an error on our part, we will replace and/or exchange any incorrect or defective parts of your order. Please contact us at with any questions or concerns about your order. Prior to completing your order, please take the time to complete the special requests section during check out thoroughly with any dietary restrictions, food allergies, or substitution requests to ensure we have all the necessary information to create your order to perfection.
