  • How do I place an order?
    Place your order online. Please review the options on each page. If you would like to book a grazing table, select the Grazing option and complete the form.
  • How does pickup work?
    Pick up is free and the location is from our personal kitchen. At checkout, you can select pick up as an option along with the date and time. The address will also be provided during checkout.
  • How big are the portions?
    Each product page has a serving size estimate and box/board size. These serving size recommendations are portioned for an appetizer. Consider sizing up if you’d like to enjoy it as your main meal.
  • How long does my order stay fresh?
    We guarantee day-of-freshness and quality for all Bite by Bite & Co. creations; however, many customers lengthen the life of their food with immediate refrigeration using sealed containers.
  • Do you offer dietary alternatives ?
    We work to accommodate as many restrictions as we can. Please share your dietary restrictions with us in the "dietary restrictions" in the notes section during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate you, and if for whatever reason we are unable to meet your desired accommodation(s) we will contact you as soon as possible with an update and next steps.
  • How do you guarantee the quality of your food?
    The Bite by Bite & Co. family is committed to offering you the highest quality product and service for each and every order. All food is prepped and stored to FDA and Virginia food code standards out of our kitchen. We are licensed to do business in Richmond as well as the state of Virginia. All food is prepped with single-use gloves.
  • How does delivery work?
    We offer delivery up to 100 miles of our kitchen for a fee based on location, via third party delivery service. You will receive text updates regarding the whereabouts of your order at time of delivery.
