About the event
Join us at Bite by Bite & Co. for two hours as we indulge in and learn about all things charcuterie!
During this workshop, you will learn tips and tricks for preparing your own masterpiece to share with your friends and family. The 10-inch board serves up to two people as an appetizer portion. Come for a great experience and delicious charcuterie! Each participant will slice cheeses and meats for their boards and style them based on directions and examples provided by your instructor. Before building these beautiful boards, we will be tasting specialty cheeses and meats. All homemade dips will be available for purchase after class to take home. Be sure to come hungry!
