About the event
Join us at Bite by Bite & Co. for a two-hour, hands-on Thanksgiving charcuterie workshop!
During this festive session, you’ll learn insider tips for selecting seasonal ingredients, pairing autumn flavors, and arranging items to create a balanced and visually stunning holiday board—perfect for sharing with family and friends this Thanksgiving.
Each participant will build their own 8-inch board step by step, guided by clear instructions and live demonstrations from our instructor. Come hungry! As you create, you’ll enjoy tastings of specialty cheeses, cured meats, and festive accompaniments throughout the class. A fall beverage will also be provided to complement the flavors of the season.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll head home with your own beautifully styled charcuterie board and the knowledge and confidence to recreate it for Thanksgiving gatherings, holiday parties, or even a cozy autumn night in.
