How to create a beautiful charcuterie board with tasting!
Join Eric McWilliams and Grazing Crazy for two hours as we indulge in and learn about all things charcuterie!
Specifically during this workshop, you will learn tips and tricks for preparing your own masterpiece to share with your friends and family. The 10-inch board serves up to two people as an appetizer portion. Come for a great experience and delicious charcuterie! Each participant will slice cheeses and meats for their boards and style them based on directions and examples provided by your instructor. Tastings of specialty fruits, cheeses, and meats will be available throughout the class. Be sure to come hungry!
