About the event
Join us at Bite by Bite & Co. for two hours as we indulge in and learn about all things charcuterie!
Specifically, during this workshop, you will learn tips and tricks for preparing your own 8-inch masterpiece to share with your friends and family. Come for a great experience and delicious charcuterie! Each participant will slice cheeses and meats for their boards and style them based on directions and examples provided by your instructor. Tastings of specialty cheeses and meats will be available during the class. Be sure to come hungry!
