Join us for an instructor led charcuterie workshop to walk away with a beautiful board, fun experience, and a few tips and tricks. Also, enjoy some of the best beer in town while you create your board. Come hungry! We will enjoy a delicious charcuterie tasting before making our board.

Join us at Väsen Brewing Company for two hours as we indulge in and learn about all things charcuterie!
Specifically during this workshop, you will learn tips and tricks for preparing your own masterpiece to share with your friends and family. The 10-inch board serves up to two people as an appetizer portion. Come for a great experience and delicious charcuterie! Each participant will slice cheeses and meats for their boards and style them based on directions and examples provided by your instructor. Tastings of specialty fruits, cheeses, and meats will be available throughout the class. Be sure to come hungry!
