About the event
Join us at Benchtop Brewing as we indulge in all things charcuterie for two hours!
Specifically during this workshop, you will learn tips and tricks for preparing your own 10 inch masterpiece to share with your friends and family. Come for a great experience and delicious charcuterie! Each participant will slice cheeses and meats for their boards and style them based on directions and examples provided by your instructor. Tastings of specialty fruits, cheeses, and meats will be available throughout the class. Be sure to come hungry!
