About the event
Bite by Bite & Co. is bringing a charcuterie experience to you, no matter where you are located in the country. All of your ingredients, supplies, and full experience are delivered to your doorstep so you can simply open your kit and join the Zoom call. Join us for this one-of-a-kind experience for a virtual hands-on workshop where you create a beautiful and delicious charcuterie Board. This workshop is 1.5 hours and has two parts:
1) Enjoy a delicious charcuterie tasting where you learn how to pair specialty cheeses, meats, and preserves/jams in order to create the perfect bite!
2) Create a 10-inch charcuterie board with your instructor where you will learn how to style your ingredients and things to consider for placement and pairing.
