What to Expect
Hour 1- Instructor led tasting: participants will learn to create the "perfect bite" through pairing meats, cheeses, and spreads! Also featured in the tasting is Bite by Bite & Co.'s homemade cheese dips and cheese balls. There will be a limited amount of dips available for purchase after the workshop has wrapped up!
Hour 2 - Instructor led build-a-board: participants will learn to build and style their own charcuterie board to take home! You can expect to cut different meats, cheeses, veggies, and fruit at the direction of the instructor and how to style those contents to create a stunning charcuterie board to take home with them. Included is everyone's favorite, the pepperoni rose!
*Please be aware that the selection of tasting portions, ingredients, and variety may vary at each workshop at the discretion of Bite by Bite & Co. Tasting portions will contain nuts and pork. The build-a-board portion of workshops does not offer customization or accommodate dietary restrictions. Although the workshop takes approximately 2 hours, we like to allocate 30 minutes during in-store private workshops to set up any decorations prior to their event and give them 30 minutes after the workshop to take down/clean up. We appreciate your understanding!
