In your package you receive a fully arranged charcuterie board, crackers, serving utensils, pure honey, garlic hummus, and jam. The ingredients on the board typically include pepper jack, cheddar, merlot cheese, and smoked gouda, beef, hard salami, pepperoni, cream cheese balls, goat cheese balls, blueberries, cucumbers, pickles, and olives.

Storing upon receipt
Pop your fully-stocked, vacuum-sealed charcuterie board, hummus, and apple butter in the refrigerator until you’re ready to enjoy! Your board will remain fresh for up to 4 days refrigerated in the vacuum seal.
Ready to enjoy?
We recommend removing your board from the refrigerator one hour before you plan to dig in for the best flavor!
Storing after enjoyment
Satisfied but have some extra charcuterie left over? Best practice is to saran wrap your board with the leftovers and pop it back in the refrigerator to keep it fresh for 2-3 days.

Is my board gluten-free?
Everything included on your board is gluten-free. We also provide three separate packages of crackers, including one gluten-free option! However, please note that all of our products are made on shared surfaces and while we do our best to prevent gluten cross contamination, we cannot completely eliminate the risk.

How long does it take to receive my order after it’s placed?
Boards are made fresh each week, and we ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders placed Sunday through Tuesday will ship the same week. Orders placed Wednesday through Saturday will ship the following week. We ship orders via FedEx 2-day, so your order will arrive two days after it is shipped.
What do I do when my order arrives?
Your vacuum-sealed board is packaged to arrive cold. When your board arrives, place it in the refrigerator if you do not plan to consume it immediately. The hummus and apple butter also need to be refrigerated, but honey drizzles best at room temperature, so leave that out! Grazing Crazy is not responsible for customers eating food that is out of tempurature and has been sitting out. Our boards should arrive cold and should be served at room tempurature. Do not consume your board if it does not arrive cold.
Allergy Warning
Our boards contain dairy and tree nuts, and may contain eggs, soy. and peanuts. We use gluten-free ingredients on our boards, but we include three kinds of crackers on the side, two with and one without gluten. We create our boards in an open kitchen on shared equipment that processes wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. While we do our best to prevent cross contamination, we cannot completely eliminate the risk.
What’s your return/exchange/refund policy?
We will issue a refund if your board is delivered more than 24 hours after the scheduled delivery date (72 hours after it leaves our facility). Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct and that the package can be recieved at the specified delivery address. We do not issue refunds for product that was delivered on time and left in the box for an extended period of time after delivery. Order Cancellation Policy:
Grazing Crazy boards are curated for each individual order. Items are locally sourced for each order to ensure the freshest quality of cheese, meats, and produce. As a result, cancellations can only be accepted up to 24 hours after your order is placed. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours after your order is placed will not be granted. We appreciate your understanding.
